Shri Amit P. Kore was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Board of Management of KLE Society in February 2026. He succeeded Dr. Prabhakar Kore,who led the institution for more than four decades. An MBA (Finance) from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a Mechanical Engineering graduate, Shri Amit P.Kore brings experience in education, industry, and the cooperative sector.
Under his leadership, KLE Society continues to strengthen its commitment to academic excellence, technological innovation, quality healthcare, research, and global collaborations. With a legacy spanning more than 300 educational institutions, serving over 1.5 lakhs student and supported by around 18,000 teaching and non-teaching staff, KLE Society remains one of India’s premier educational and healthcare organizations.
