B.Ed. course consists of Four-Semesters/2 year duration. The first semester shall extend over a period of 16 weeks and the second semester for a period of 16 weeks, Third semester for a period of 16 weeks and Fourth semester for a period of 12 weeks Internship and 04 weeks of theory class.

The main objectives of this course are:

• To develop among teachers a clear understanding of the psychology of their students
•  To enable them to understand the process of socialization
• To enable them to foster creative thinking among pupils for the reconstruction of knowledge
• To enable them a desire for life long learning
• To enable them to utilize community resources as educational inputs
